My way of working follows a three-step process at the beginning of a collaboration. Depending on the stage of growth, the length of the audit and strategy phase may vary.

audit
I deepdive into all available data. I analyse the website (CRO, user flows, etc.), ad accounts, CRM and socials, together with an audit of the market, relevant trends and competitors. This isn’t to create a theoretical slide deck, but to fuel the growth model, strategy, and execution.

strategy & growth model
I formulate a strategy alongside an initial version of the growth model. I map out all available metrics across the customer journey, which gives us a clear blueprint for execution.

execution
Execution follows my own growth sprint methodology. This can range from paid ads on channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google, to email funnels, AI-driven automated outreach, and everything in between. Every setup is tested and validated before becoming an integral part of the growth model. What works can be scaled, always in line with the formulated strategy.

Working with me, is going on a journey together. Yes, that’s sounds very cheesy, but it’s true. It will be quest for growth, where we try to learn everything there is to know regarding the market dynamic you’re operating in.
I put a lot of emphasis on structural learning. I’ll always try to deeply understand the data, formulate what are the clear insights and what are still assumptions, and I’ll do this in the context of being a partner for growth. I share everything I learn, from tactical stuff to the marketing team, to strategic insights on board level.
I’ve been obsessed with building brands and growth for more than a decade, as marketeer and as founder. I co-founded, launched and scaled own consumer startups like Poppy, Qallo and FLAVR. It’s this marketeer-founder-energy-combo I bring to the table.
As I want to keep quality high, I can only work full growth with a few brands. So reach out if interested.
